Sermsang Power Corporation Public Company Limited (SSP) has advanced its mission to build a clean energy society by organizing a workshop on “Renewable Energy Power Plants” under the “SSP Energy Connect!” project. The event took place at the meeting room of the Nong Khai Vocational Education Office, Nong Khai Technical College (Campus 1).
The workshop provided an interactive learning platform for vocational students to gain in-depth insights into clean energy production technologies, power plant management, and the latest trends in the renewable energy industry, which serves as a major driving force for the nation’s future.
Mr. Teetouch Seubsang, O&M Manager, shared his direct experience in managing and maintaining renewable energy power plants. He delivered practical, field-based knowledge covering everything from electricity generation processes to preventive maintenance, while emphasizing the crucial role of future energy engineers.
Ms. Chayanisa Chaipunyathanan, HR Manager, presented on “Essential Skills in the Modern Energy World.” She highlighted the core soft skills and hard skills currently demanded by the renewable energy job market. Furthermore, she provided valuable career guidance and self-development techniques to help students prepare for a rapidly evolving professional landscape.
The initiative was also supported by the SSP team, including Ms. Natwara Sukjorn, Assistant HR Manager, and Mr. Jetharin Juangjan, Senior HR Officer.
The delegation received a warm welcome from Dr. Detwichai Pimkhote, Director of Nong Khai Technical College, and Dr. Thanadet Saengkaew, Deputy Director of Academic Affairs, along with faculty members from the Electrical Power Department, who recognized the immense value of providing students with opportunities to learn directly from industry experts.
