Since its IPO in 2015, through the global pandemic, and into 2023, the number of employees has more than doubled from 40 to over 80. The company continues to focus on expanding its workforce to support further growth in 2024, with a total workforce target of 105 people.

The Human Resources department drives this growth with a multi-faceted strategy. It focuses on both cultivating our core “SSP DNA” in existing staff and recruiting skilled talent from the outside to help build and develop the organization. This runs parallel to a strong focus on employee retention to reduce turnover.
