The Company is committed to conducting business responsibly, transparently and in accordance with the Company’s code of ethics and corporate governance. The Company believes that employees must be treated fairly and expects the Company’s employees to behave professionally with honesty and integrity and strictly comply with the Company’s Code of Conduct. 

The Company does not tolerate wrongdoing and corruption in the Company. Therefore, there are designated reporting channels and support for all employees to provide information and report any clues of wrongdoing or corruption related to employees, vendors/service providers, creditors, debtors, business partners, shareholders, directors and other stakeholders that occur in the Company, including providing protection to those who provide information, cooperation or any assistance to the Company regarding such wrongdoing and corruption.
