Message from the Chairman 

Throughout our operation, the Company has focused on the development of clean energy businesses while promoting growth in economy, society, environment, and governance. Therefore, the Company focuses on sustainable development to achieve a balance of all dimensions, which will be the foundation of sustainable growth.

In 2023, the corporate governance and sustainable development committee was appointed to drive the Company to achieve sustainable development goals and create long-term returns for shareholders. 
In 2023, the Company was affirmed by TRIS Rating at BBB+ rating with a stable outlook, which reflected the Company’s stable performance in power plant operation and strong cash flow generation. In addition, the Company received a CG score rating at a very good level from the Thai Institute of Directors and was nominated in the ESG100 list by the Thaipat Institute for the third consecutive year.
